  Started off real good but I feel it's going downhill. I have asked for cold version of drinks and ended up getting the hot version. Or I have asked for a version of a drink and gotten a whole other drink that I didn't notice until I drove away. I don't know if the old employees left or what. I hope this isn't the sign of things to come because I really like this Tim Hortons.

  Their service is terrible. I feel for them to have as many employees as they usually have it should be better service. Their staff is also very rude. You can come in and not be a Beyonce' and for that they'll talk about you as of you're deaf. It's too many young children working there and simply needs a smack attack from a strong assertive manager but also knows how to treat you as a human. I can't stand a boss who treats you as if you're anything less than human. OK that's my tim-bits on the place.
